“A word of praise about your company. In September 2002, we had our 30 year old kitchen cabinets refaced by Let’s Face It. The Technician arrived on schedule and went about his work in a professional and diligent manner, finishing the job in 6 days as promised. It was an amazing transformation; we were, and still are, very pleased with the outcome.
Toward the end of last year, a hinge failed on an upper cabinet, the door fell off and was somewhat damaged. I called HomeTech and spoke to Barbara who was caring and helpful. She said that a Tech would come to our home and replace the broken hinge and door as soon as the door was received by your company. When the Technician came he replaced the broken hinge and door, plus he changed the hinges on all the top cabinets!
Then, in May of this year a hinge on one of the bottom cabinets failed and I again called and asked Barbara if we could get a hinge. She advised me that your company was no longer using that particular hinge, but that she would do everything possible to locate one for us. We tried the Home Center stores but could not match the hinge and had just about given up when a small package arrived in July from HomeTech containing 2 hinges. Barbara had managed to find them for us and we are very grateful to her and to your Mr. Cerami for having such quality employees, and for being so accommodating.
